Responsibilities
  • Managing, maintaining and improving our business solutions on the Force.com platform (for example, Salesforce CRM);

  • In collaboration with our business teams, evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and integration to drive continuous improvement;
  • Serves as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems;

prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels;

  • Administering and maintaining Salesforce applications and integrations;
  • Creating and managing system configurations and maintaining custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, creating and updating Flows, installed packages, etc;
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide actionable insights into business performance;
  • Managing user accounts and permissions;
  • Assisting in training users on changes and best practices;
  • Providing daily support to internal users of our Force.com applications;
  • Communicates effectively and efficiently with stakeholders.
