This position is based in Berlin. It is hybrid-remote with two days at the office.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and improve our Salesforce environment. This role goes beyond handling user requests—it requires strategic thinking, process optimization, and proactive problem-solving to enhance system efficiency. The Salesforce Administrator will work in an agile team environment (Kanban for service requests), collaborating with the Salesforce Product Owner and Senior Technical Lead.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who wants to advance their career in Salesforce Administration with a passion for problem-solving and implementing improvements to the system.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (mid-to-senior level)
  • Strong experience in Salesforce configuration
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory), and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in both Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Knowledge of data management best practices
  • Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation
  • Proactive approach to optimizing processes and identifying improvements
  • Strong organizational skills as well as a great attention to detail
  • English proficiency is mandatory, knowledge in German is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Perform strategic system configuration and maintenance (fields, page layouts, record types, list views, validation rules, templates, automations…) and maintain the corresponding documentation
  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets
  • Maintain security settings, access controls, and role hierarchy
  • Oversee data imports/exports while ensuring data accuracy
  • Maintain data consistency and hygiene across our Salesforce system
  • Implement proactive data governance strategies
  • Obtain reporting needs to build and optimize reports and dashboards to provide business insights
  • Identify inefficiencies in the system setup and suggest improvements
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and assess relevant new features
