About the role We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with a strong technical background in both administration and development to ensure the stability, integrity, and performance of our Salesforce platform. This role focuses on platform reliability, corrective maintenance, and continuous improvement, in a complex Salesforce environment including CPQ, Sofacto, advanced automations, and custom developments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Revenue Operations, IT teams, and external partners to resolve incidents, maintain data quality, and support the evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsabilities Salesforce Administration & Platform Reliability Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce: users, profiles, roles, permission sets, security settings, page layouts, reports, dashboards, automations (Flows), custom Apex code, and integrations. Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents, bugs, and data issues to ensure platform stability and business continuity. Maintain documentation related to incidents, fixes, configurations, and known issues. CPQ & Quote-to-Cash Leverage expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Sofacto to support and optimize quote-to-cash processes. Manage product catalogs, pricing rules, approvals, and billing-related automations. Ensure reliability and consistency of CPQ configurations in a scaling sales organization. Data Management & Quality Actively contribute to data integrity initiatives: deduplication, normalization, validation rules, and data quality monitoring. Ensure accuracy and consistency of Salesforce data to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making. Integrations & IS Landscape Collaborate with the IS Architect and IT teams to maintain and improve integrations between Salesforce and the broader information system. Ensure data flows are reliable, documented, and aligned with business processes. Platform Improvement & Governance Proactively identify opportunities to improve Salesforce stability, performance, and maintainability. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices, and propose corrective or preventive actions. Ensure compliance with internal governance, security standards, and Salesforce best practices. Salesforce Development Design and develop custom solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC) to support business needs and platform evolution. Contribute to technical decisions with a focus on long-term maintainability. Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment. Strong experience with incident management and support workflows. Advanced automation expertise (Flows, CPQ rules, validations). Solid knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ and Sofacto. Experience working in a SaaS, scale-up, or international environment is a strong plus. Experience with data management, specifically with data cleaning and integrity. Experience with Salesforce integration. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users. Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. Customer-oriented mindset Autonomy and accountability English is a plus Certifications Salesforce Certified Administrator (required or strongly preferred). Salesforce CPQ Specialist (required or strongly preferred). Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (a plus).
