Gottlieb and Greenspan, a premier law firm specializing in healthcare reimbursement, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team onsite in Fairlawn, NJ.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong expertise in Flow and Screen Flow automation
• Proven ability to write and optimize SOQL queries
• Solid understanding of report writing and dashboard creation
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site full time in Northern New Jersey

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Master’s degree is a plus but not required

• Serve as the go-to administrator for Salesforce maintenance and enhancements
• Build and manage Flows, Screen Flows, and other automation tools
• Create, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards for business users
• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data access
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing training/support
• Design scalable solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and system improvements
• Maintain high data integrity and system documentation
