Job Description: The Salesforce Administrator (In-Person) will play a critical role in managing, optimizing, and expanding our Salesforce environment. This individual will be responsible for complex configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring that Salesforce aligns with our strategic business goals and delivers maximum value. The role requires extensive technical expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Key Responsibilities: Advanced Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Design and implement intricate Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and complex validation rules. Develop and maintain advanced workflows, process automation (Flows), and approval processes to streamline business operations. Utilize Apex and Lightning Web Components to create custom solutions and enhance Salesforce functionality. Research, Install and configure app exchange products that can supplement business processes. System Integration and Data Management: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or custom APIs. Manage data migration and integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms. Implement and oversee data governance practices, including data quality, data modeling, and data cleansing. Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision making. Implement advanced analytics solutions and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) integrated with Salesforce. Project Management and Process Improvement: Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and user training. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and drive continuous enhancement of Salesforce capabilities. User Support and Training: Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Salesforce related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation to onboard and support Salesforce users. Governance and Compliance: Implement and maintain best practices for Salesforce governance, including security settings, user permissions, system configuration documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular system audits and ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications: Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in advanced configurations, custom development, and integrations. Proven track record in managing complex Salesforce environments and leading successful Salesforce projects. Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and data migration tools. Proficiency in advanced reporting and analytics using Salesforce and BI tools. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Knowledge of additional Salesforce products and AppExchange applications. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards relevant to Salesforce. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or additional relevant coursework are a plus.
