Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Data & Insights Manager, as our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be a trusted advisor and main point of contact for all things GTM and Salesforce, fostering a culture of operational excellence. Here’s a snapshot of your core responsibilities day to day:
- Maintain our salesforce.com reporting suite for Sales and Customer Success (CS). Be one of the key Administrators of Salesforce working closely with Finance, Sales, CS and Marketing.
- Maintain the GTM technology stack, including, ZoomInfo, Account Engagement, Sales Engagement, PandaDoc, conversation intelligence software and more.
- Build, maintain and modify custom Salesforce Objects and workflows in line with business needs
- Develop, build and enhance Salesforce Flows & Automations to reduce manual work and increase speed to market
- Document Salesforce automation and processes
- Help define and track KPIs across the customer lifecycle to improve decision-making
- Scale our GTM teams by delivering on-demand analytics and situational intelligence across the company.
- Data hygiene and enrichment: Ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data for GTM teams.
- Evaluate, implement and optimise revenue technology tools to ensure scalability and interoperability
- Corporate and departmental reporting: Deliver reliable data and dashboards to support decision-making and forecasting across the company.
- Collaborate with GTM teams: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to execute key operational initiatives, such as:
- Work alongside Finance to provide accurate corporate reporting and data-driven insights for strategic initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations.
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, analyse large datasets and surface actionable insights
- Champion change management across the GTM team to support process improvements
- Trend and conversion analysis
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you MUST have current and extensive experience with Salesforce. This is a key requirement. Other skills and experience needed for the role include:
- Demonstrable experience in a RevOps, SF Administration or similar role
- B2B SaaS: experience working within B2B sales processes and methodologies.
- Proven Experience building & maintaining salesforce objects
- Experience with Salesforce flows or similar experience such as building Zapier automations
- Collaboration with go-to-market teams: demonstrated experience working with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success leadership
- Finance: demonstrated experience working with Finance to reconcile CRM data with financial data
- Solutions management: hands-on experience managing and integrating Salesforce with GTM tools:
- Data sheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Data Hygiene: proven ability to maintain data integrity and improve data quality within CRM and related systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- AI Prompting – experience using AI tools to maximise efficiency for any functions related to the role, including building data tables, workflows and more
- Revenue forecasting enablement (within Salesforce or Gong)
