Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Provides analysis on Sales KPIs such as forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, deal progression, software attach rate, and bookings linearity
  • Proactively monitors and drives system clean-up efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data
  • Prepares bi-weekly consulting to software attach analysis
  • Builds baseline PowerPoint slides by providing data analysis and key performance metrics to support leadership with their quarterly business reviews
  • Recommends revisions to existing reports and assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Assists management in tracking sales organization objectives and activities, ensuring execution in a timely fashion
  • Key liaison to Business Operations, Finance, and Sales Compensation regarding bookings and sales credit
  • Performs ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by the leadership team
  • Serves as a liaison with other departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
  • Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actuals versus business objectives
  • Drive implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Create training guides and materials for all business processes related to Salesforce
  • Create basic Flows in Salesforce to improve process automation and efficiency.

  • Legally protected classification information such as race, sex/gender, religious/ philosophical beliefs, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, marital status, military service, nationality, ethnicity, request for family care leave, political opinions, and criminal history.
  • Other information such as any information you voluntarily choose to provide in connection with your job application.
  • HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATIONWe collect, use, share, and store personal information from job applicants for our and our service providers’ business and operational purposes in the recruitment process such as: processing your application, tracking your application through the recruitment process, contacting references with your authorization, conducting background checks you authorize, and making hiring decisions.
