• You have a Salesforce Administrator certification. Additional qualifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.
• Your Salesforce certification and practical experience are crucial for us. A relevant university degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification would be desirable, but is not a requirement.
• You have sound practical experience in using Salesforce Flow and automating business processes.
• You have several years of experience as a Salesforce administrator (m/f/d) and are proficient in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, formerly Pardot, is a plus.
• You communicate confidently and clearly with various stakeholders, consistently focusing on the requirements and needs of the users.
• Experience with Apex or another object-oriented programming language is also advantageous, but not mandatory.
