National Express are recruiting an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team, based at our Head Office in Digbeth. The successful candidate will manage the configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for our Coach, Transport Solutions, and Bus Divisions. Collaborating with Product Managers, Customer Care, and other teams, you’ll develop and deploy new business processes to enhance efficiency and automation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage user setup, security, and permissions, ensuring proper role hierarchies and access control
  • Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and process automation to streamline business operations
  • Write and interpret SOQL queries to extract and analyse Salesforce data
  • Maintain data quality through effective Excel-based data manipulation (XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and conditional formatting)
  • Implement and uphold Salesforce best practices, with a focus on reducing technical debt and ensuring scalable automation solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance, integrations, and user experience
  • Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing adoption and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Lead on BAU productivity, working through Service Cloud cases and supporting the Salesforce Product Platform Manager with change requests
  • Produce documentation for any development work
