QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce certifications preferred)
  • Comfortable with the Salesforce platform and UI, specifically Lightning Experience
  • Experience with Data Loader
  • Experience with Service Cloud (e.g., cases, experience sites, Knowledge, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., v-lookup, formatting, sorting, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and driven work ethic
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Willingness to support team members
  • Desire to improve the Salesforce user experience and share ideas for enhancements with Salesforce Team
  • Resourceful and self-sufficient; capable of independent troubleshooting and finding solutions (i.e., a savvy and strategic researcher)
Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support for Salesforce users across all departments
  • Perform user and license management, including onboarding and offboarding users and maintaining roles, profiles, and permission sets
  • Configure validation rules, flows, fields, record types, Lightning record pages and page layouts, list views, etc. according to best practices
  • Maintain system and data hygiene
  • Handle basic reporting and dashboard requests as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and work with the Salesforce Team to implement scalable, quality solutions
