  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce org (Sales Cloud, Service
  • Cloud, Field Service Lightning, etc)
  • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permissions, apps & page layouts
  • Create and maintain reports & dashboards for end users & leadership
  • Troubleshoot user issues, provide support & deliver user training
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication & validation rules
