Looking for Philippines-based candidates Job Role: Salesforce Administrator (Part-time) Compensation range: $900 AUD - $1,750 AUD / Monthly Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement Work Schedule: This role is expected to require roughly 15-20 hours per week. As a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your schedule, but availability for occasional collaboration during AU business hours is preferred. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: A collective of purpose-led enterprises operating across multiple sectors globally. Their Salesforce instance is heavily customised to support diverse business units with unique operational, financial, logistics and CRM requirements. We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to maintain, improve and support our existing configuration. Role Overview: The Salesforce Administrator will learn the existing Salesforce architecture and provide ongoing configuration support. The focus is on making approved changes, maintaining automation, and supporting business teams with reliable data, reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts and record types. Maintain validation rules, picklists, assignment rules and permission sets. Manage Flows, Visualforce pages and basic automation. Create and update reports and dashboards for multiple business units. Support data uploads and data cleansing activities. Troubleshoot errors and perform root-cause analysis. Manage basic Apex triggers and code reviews (with escalation path if required). Maintain sandbox environments and assist with change management. Document configuration changes and maintain admin log. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years of Salesforce Administration experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred. Experience with Flows, Visualforce and validation rules. Strong understanding of report types and dashboard design. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Nice to Have: Experience with highly customised Salesforce orgs. Exposure to multi-business unit or multi-brand environments. Familiarity with integration tools (Make.com, Zapier, etc.). SOQL query knowledge. Basic Apex knowledge. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to self-learn and document system knowledge. Problem solving mindset and willingness to explore solutions. Work Arrangement & Expectations: This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor.
