We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce administrator to ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system. In this role, your duties will include collaborating with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement in business processes. You will then develop sustainable and scalable solutions within the company’s Salesforce system, adhering to Salesforce development best practices.
To ensure success as a Salesforce administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce and its best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You can develop and efficiently implement custom solutions within an agile methodology framework utilising tools like Gearset and Jira, resulting in an optimised user experience and enhanced company operations on the Salesforce platform.

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science would be advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Salesforce user security.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud data model best practices
  • Experience in managing Sales and Service Cloud standard objects and processes including Cases, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts and Activities.
Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud
  • Knowledge of CPQ and Billing would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Lightning Experience
  • Optimising and automating key Salesforce Lightning processes using tools such as flow, validation rules and lightning record pages.
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Maintaining Sales and Service Cloud, as well as other various managed packages from 3rd party providers
  • Evaluating and implementing new Salesforce release functionality.
  • Documenting processes and workflows and communicating change effectively to the business.
  • Managing release of change to the Salesforce platform using tools such as Gearset to deploy change and Jira to track projects releases.
  • Development and deployment of change across various developer sandbox environments.
  • Management of security on the Salesforce platform, including the management of permission sets, profiles, validation rules and sharing rules.
  • Providing end-user support for general day to day issues such as flow errors, record access issues and providing training.
  • Collaborating alongside the Salesforce and wider Development and Data teams to support Salesforce within the organisation.
