We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take technical ownership of Salesforce, one of our most mission-critical platforms. You’ll transform our current system into a scalable, secure, and streamlined solution that improves how Sales and Service teams connect with clients.   • Lead Salesforce administration: Manage configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform, optimizing for usability, automation, and performance.
  • Drive efficiency across departments: Enable better workflows and system usage through smart design and simplification.
  • Monitor, measure, and enhance system usage: Ensure the platform is being fully leveraged to drive operational results and user productivity.
  • Simplify complexity: Identify and eliminate redundant objects, fields, and customizations to streamline and scale the platform.
  • Champion adoption and best practices: Document workflows, provide training, and promote user engagement through accessible, value-driven use of Salesforce features.
