Job Description The role of Salesforce Administrator is really important to us. At Radius, we have been undergoing a major initiative to implement and enhance Salesforce across the global business. Our Salesforce user base is in excess of 1000 people and growing all the time. We are now seeking a motivated, experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our multi-discipline inhouse Salesforce team. This role would be ideal if you are someone who is tenacious in understanding business processes, exploring data within Salesforce, understanding business objectives and driving tool adoption and process improvements. You will own projects and provide general support to the business. As a result, you will need to have confidence when working with stakeholders, both to understand requirements and drive improvements. In-person collaboration is very important to us. This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday from our Arden Square office in Crewe, Cheshire. The onsite facilities are excellent, including café, barista counter, pizzeria, rooftop bar and multiple breakout areas. We're looking for you to bring proven, recent, commercial experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
