You’ll manage our Salesforce Franchise Management System, support essential platforms like Google Workspace, and assist in rolling out new tech solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Reporting to the Digital and Associates Manager, you’ll work across Salesforce applications—including Analytics Studio, Tableau, and Salesforce Maps—to ensure data is accurate, systems are optimised, and users are empowered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Salesforce: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and customise the CRM system to enhance the user experience. Regularly audit and monitor data integrity within the Slesforce system, ensuring accuracy, completeness. Create and provide training to CRM users across different departments, ensuring our users understand and maximise the capability of Salesforce. Maintain the health and stability of Salesforce Platform, software updates, advanced User Management, security, and best practice. Map business processes to Salesforce functionalities. Manage the onboarding and Offboarding of users, user settings and permissions. Manage integrations connected to the Salesforce system. Provide advice and feedback on system functionality, provide updates on features and functionality. Troubleshoot bugs and system failures as required. Administer dashboard customisation requests and reports. Google Workspace: Collaborate with the Google Systems Administrator to ensure integrations between Salesforce and Google are functional and accuracy of data is maintained. Assist in facilitating smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes within Google Workspace as required. Provide support to end users via our support desk for level 1 Google Workspace support as required. Tech Stack Support: Provide support to the team, for the management of the core technology products across our real estate franchise network. Google Products Support Desk Happeo Other Property tools Support Desk Guarantee compliance with SLAs by promptly addressing and resolving tickets. Manage All Salesforce related tickets. Provide backup support for Gmail onboarding and offboarding requests. Provide support and backup to team members in the support desk. KEY EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant) preferred. 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments or equivalent Salesforce/CRM experience. Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including managing Data Cloud, Analytics Studio, Tableau Experience with Salesforce Flows, including basic creation and adaptation of existing flows. Experience working with data, building reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Experience managing Sharing Settings, Permission Set Groups, and general platform security. Proficiency with Google Workspace administration preferred. Experience in the property/real estate or financial services industry is highly regarded. Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving. Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support cross-functional initiatives. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
