About the Role
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our IT Business Applications team. Working across a large dynamic Salesforce organisation with over 600 users, this is a great chance to drive growth & have an impact at SSI working across multiple Salesforce products. Partnering with key internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support for Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce configuration, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity within Salesforce, including data imports, updates, and cleanup activities.
  • Develop and implement data quality strategies to ensure accurate and reliable information.
  • Create and maintain flows and other automation processes to streamline business processes.
  • Implement and optimise automation solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made to the Salesforce instance.
  • Administer user access and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with organisational policies. Conduct regular security audits and address any vulnerabilities.
    About You

Working as part of a highly collaborative IT function you will be a critical thinker who is passionate about the Salesforce platform. To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or another related field
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • 12 Months+ proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
