Salesforce Administrator drives impactful platform enhancements that go beyond basic admin work. You’ll design and build advanced automations, improve data integrity and business processes, and deliver thoughtful configurations that support both growth initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role is part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that includes developers, product owners, analysts, and architects. You’ll contribute to new features, fix defects, and help shape scalable solutions that align with real business needs. You’ll be part of a supportive team where everyone brings something to the table—sharing ideas, learning from one another, and building meaningful solutions together.

REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS & SOLUTION DESIGN

  • Lead discovery sessions to translate complex business problems into system requirements and solution concepts.
  • Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria that connect business intent to platform functionality.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment with developers, BAs, product owners, and architects.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Business Insight: Understanding of how system changes impact business workflows, KPIs, and user behavior.
  • Adaptability: Capable of contributing independently while also taking direction and feedback to improve team outcomes.
  • Documentation Discipline: Skilled in maintaining clear and accurate documentation of system configurations and business processes.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and scalable solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stays current with Salesforce releases and platform enhancements.
