We are seeking candidates for a Salesforce Administrator position in the Dallas/Coppell area. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, administer the Salesforce and Pardot implementation, translate business requirements into technical workflows, present clear design options with their potential impacts and implement the changes catering to the business needs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform Administration, Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), and Service Cloud.
  • 3+ years of experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Experience with translating business requirements into technically implementable changes.
  • Salesforce Certifications - Administrator and/or Developer/App Builder is desired.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate the impact of changes on systems.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of both - Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Classic.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, workflows, custom triggers and the Salesforce.com APIs is a plus.
  • Follow Agile development methodology to drive and deliver functionality on a regular cadence with data-driven feedback loops.
  • Technical writing and documentation experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities

The Salesforce Administrator will perform the following duties:

  • Work closely with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and management teams to gather system requirements and business objectives. Understand business requirements, review design options with impact analysis with the stakeholders and implement a robust solution.
  • The Salesforce Administrator must be comfortable with analyzing and understanding advanced customizations and varied, unique business processes.
  • Architect the overall system for use within multiple verticals, different business models, and various teams.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as security, sharing and visibility, approval processes, role hierarchies, lightning components, process builder, Flows, validation rules, data dashboards and reporting.
  • Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for configuration changes and managed packages including bug fixing and maintenance.
  • Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes:
  • B2C
  • Manage and report on Events, Campaigns, Leads, Contacts, Sales.
  • Digital Marketing Management (Pardot) Emails, Lead Conversions, Workflows, Processes. Work with Manager of Marketing Operations and Product Marketing Managers in implementing and sustaining the Business Objects for Marketing campaigns.
  • Understand the associations between Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, and other SFDC objects; develop easier processes for the team to have data visibility and make data-based decisions.

  • Support new user setup and training.
  • Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
  • Provide excellent support service including bug fixing and maintenance for internal Salesforce.com use.
