We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with experience across a variety of GTM systems and business processes in a SaaS company to join our team at Webflow. This role will focus on customizing, automating, auditing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the processes within the systems we use. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Clari, Ironclad, and Zendesk, as well as iPaaS tools like Workato. About the role: Location: Remote-first (United States) Full-time Permanent The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within this range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) Zone A: [$96,000 - $127,000] Zone B: [$90,000 - $119,000] Zone C: [$84,000 - $111,000] This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Reporting to the Head of Business Systems As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll … Serve as Tier 1 support for GTM systems. Troubleshoot system, process, and integration issues across GTM platforms. Maintain process and system documentation for GTM workflows. Configure, optimize, and maintain GTM solutions to drive efficiency and performance. Implement system changes in partnership with BSAs, Developers, and Solutions Architects. Safeguard system security, data integrity, and performance. Stay current with platform releases, GTM best practices, and industry trends. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role. About you: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience as an Admin or BSA for GTM systems in a SaaS environment. Proven expertise with Salesforce and related GTM tools such as Clari, Marketo, Outreach, and Ironclad. Strong understanding of SaaS business models. Clear communicator with a strong customer service mindset, able to field and resolve inquiries from a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills with proven expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English You’ll thrive as a Salesforce Administrator if you: Have experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato). Have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud Have familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
