REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce Expertise: 6+ years of experience in administration and development, specializing in Flow Builder, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, expertise in platform architecture, data and security models, and experience with change management and deployment strategies.
    Communication & Adaptability: Excellent collaboration skills, ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users, and adaptability to rapid changes while working independently or in a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator – Required
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator – Required
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst – Preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Certification – Plus
  • Experience with Netsuite – Plus
  • Experience with Docusign – Plus
