At Modelit, we seek a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows and Experience Cloud and a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals. This role requires excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions, including designing, implementing, and enhancing new and existing features across Salesforce Experience Cloud and core Salesforce products.
Manage Experience Cloud sites, including page layouts, components, permissions, and branding, to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.
Manage user access and security, configure Salesforce settings (flows, processes, layouts, etc.), and oversee sandbox environments.
Handle data management tasks, ensuring data integrity and quality.Perform Salesforce organization maintenance and update tasks.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and integrate Appexchange solutions when appropriate.
Manage integrated and third-party applications, understand deployment strategies, and provide training and support to users.
Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, dashboards, and Experience Cloud usage guides.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (building, configuring, and maintaining sites/portals).
Experience working with Flows (building, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation).
Proven ability to design and implement best practice Salesforce solutions that scale and follow governance standards.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a logical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and adopt new Salesforce features and products.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Experience with Case Management in Salesforce.
Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in iterative delivery cycles.
Experience collaborating with distributed/remote teams across different time zones.
Basic understanding or experience with Apex (able to collaborate with developers and support declarative/programmatic solutions).
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Experience Cloud Consultant,) are a strong plus.
