REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform).
• Deep understanding of Agentforce AI capabilities and automation patterns.
• Proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong background in data modeling and integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, LLM integration, and prompt engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and solution design skills.
• Strong communication and technical documentation abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce technical experience, with at least 3 years in solution architecture.
• Proven experience designing AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, AI Specialist are a plus.
• Experience in enterprise-level deployments and cross-cloud Salesforce projects.

• Lead the architectural design and blueprint for Salesforce Agentforce AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Define data models, integrations, and automation flows for AI agents.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in all deployments.
• Guide development teams on best practices for Agentforce and AI integration.
• Oversee API architecture and seamless integration with third-party systems.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure alignment with Salesforce architecture standards.
• Stay updated on AI, LLMs, and Salesforce innovation to recommend future enhancements.
