Keeper Security is hiring an experienced and proactive Salesforce AI Specialist to join our Sales Operations team, reporting to our Director of Global Sales Operations. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our Chicago, IL office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong understanding of core objects, automation (Flows, Apex) and integrations
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, AI Associate, Salesforce Consultant certifications)
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry and subscription-based business models
  • Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts as they apply to business process optimization and customer lifecycle automation
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Einstein, GPT integrations (Einstein GPT, ChatGPT APIs) or similar AI tools
  • Experience working in or closely with Sales Strategy and Sales Enablement teams
  • Keen analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and AI model outputs to drive business decisions
  • Highly skilled problem solver with the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and organized, capable of leading an AI implementation project from design to rollout, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, or similar RevOps/MarTech platforms
  • Background in Business Strategy, RevOps, or Data Science is a strong plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Salesforce AI Specialist, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role in transforming our Salesforce platform through AI-driven automation, predictive analytics and smart workflow optimization (e.g. lead & opportunity scores, forecasting). This role blends deep Salesforce expertise with a solid understanding of AI technologies and business strategy, helping us define and execute automation opportunities that improve customer acquisition, sales productivity and decision-making. This is a unique chance for a technically strong Salesforce professional to lead AI transformation in a fast-scaling, innovative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the configuration, integration, and deployment of AI tools (Salesforce Einstein, GPT integrations, custom AI models, etc.) within the Salesforce platform
  • Identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Support and Revenue Operations
  • Design AI-enabled workflows, such as lead scoring, predictive forecasting, next-best-action models, and intelligent case routing
  • Serve as the internal SME on AI capabilities within Salesforce and related ecosystems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals and revenue strategy
  • Develop business cases, roadmaps and metrics for AI initiatives; articulate ROI to leadership and stakeholders
  • Stay current with AI trends in CRM and RevOps, evaluating third-party tools and APIs to enhance the Salesforce stack
  • Translate strategic AI opportunities into tactical, scalable solutions via Salesforce configuration, code (Apex/Flows) and integrations (MuleSoft, REST APIs)
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Work in a highly productive, self-driven environment setting priorities and goals to drive fulfillment
