• Together with the team, you will be responsible for the stable operation and continuous development of our Salesforce platform, and you will further develop it in line with our professional and technical requirements.
• Together with our specialist departments, you will analyze requirements and business processes, advise on suitable Salesforce solutions, and translate the requirements into sustainable solution concepts.
• You independently configure and optimize Salesforce, especially with Flows, Custom Objects, Lightning Pages, Page Layouts, Reports and Dashboards.
• You will be responsible for our user, role and authorization management and ensure secure and needs-based use of the platform.
• You accompany changes from the initial requirement through configuration and testing to release, and participate in structured release and deployment processes.
• You design, coordinate, and document system, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
• You will work closely with our Salesforce developers and other internal and external partners, and will be an important interface between business expertise and technology.
• You actively contribute to the further development of our Salesforce platform, optimize existing processes, and ensure sustainable documentation and knowledge transfer within the team.

THAT MAKES YOU A FORWARD-LOOKER

• You have a completed degree with a focus on IT and/or completed vocational training in the IT field, or possess a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of practical experience with Salesforce, ideally in a role as a Salesforce Administrator, Application Manager or Consultant.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration and can independently translate technical requirements into suitable Salesforce solutions.
• You are proficient in using Flows, Custom Objects, Lightning Pages, Reports and Dashboards and have a good understanding of the Salesforce data model.
• You are familiar with the Salesforce authorization model as well as user, role and access structures.
• You possess a good technical understanding of interfaces and APIs and can evaluate integration requirements together with our developers and technical partners.
• You have experience with structured testing, release and deployment processes and a strong awareness of quality.
• You enjoy working at the interface between specialist departments and IT, can communicate complex issues in an understandable way, and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions together with different stakeholders.
• You are familiar with Jira and Confluence as well as agile working methods.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder are advantageous – but what's crucial for us is your practical experience with the platfor
