• Hands-on custom Salesforce solutions development (LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Integrations, Salesforce tools)
• Technical leadership & consulting expertise with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud/Communities
• Experience with Copado, API integrations (SOAP/REST/BULK), Salesforce security model

REQUIREMENTS:

• 15+ years development experience, 10+ years Salesforce development, 8+ years in technical leadership roles
• Full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
• Strong integration skills and OOP background (Java/Python)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
