Skills and background
A broad background in solution architecture, technical architecture, and systems engineering
Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies
Knowledge of software design principles
Soft skills such as communication, business acumen, and executive presence
Certifications
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA): Solves complex customer challenges
Salesforce Certified Solution Architect: Designs domain-specific solutions
Salesforce Admin – A Salesforce Admin is a technical expert who configures and maintains Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs especially in production. Manages the Salesforce platform, including user access, security, data management, and system production maintenance. They follow the standards laid out by the Salesforce Solution Architect.
Responsibilities
End user management (creating accounts, setting permissions, setting up SSO etc)
Data management within Salesforce (e.g using tools like data loader – importing, exporting and cleaning
Configurations of standard Salesforce features (workflows, reports, dashboards)
Providing end user support and training where applicable
Managing security settings in Salesforce

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
