Job summary We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, a strong understanding of best practices, and experience guiding cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce architecture solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into robust technical designs. Lead Salesforce implementation projects, overseeing system design, development, integration, and deployment. Optimize Salesforce configurations, data structures, and security models to meet business goals. Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, ensuring system quality and performance. Manage integrations with third-party tools and platforms, including MarTech, CRM, and eCommerce systems. Support the pre-sales team with technical guidance, scoping, and client presentations. Stay informed on the latest Salesforce updates and technologies, applying them to drive innovation. Requirements Must have: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Proven ability to lead Salesforce projects from concept to delivery in an Agile environment. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect is a must. Skills: Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft). Proficient in data modeling, security configurations, and automation workflows.
