Marqeta is looking for talented Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of our company’s Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its capabilities, and limitations, and will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.
Your expertise will not only shape our Salesforce landscape but will also have a profound impact on our Go-To-Market, Customer Support, and other operational teams, creating visible and transformative changes across our organization. The system’s complexity, coupled with numerous integrations with other systems and data repositories, necessitates the expertise of a dedicated Salesforce Architect. We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Greater Toronto Area, Ontario or Vancouver Metropolitan Area, British Columbia, Canada. We’d love for you to join us!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce development and administration, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experienced leading Salesforce engineers and being a role model engineer using best practices, tradeoffs
• Strong collaboration skills working with business stakeholders and other engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
