Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.
· Develop customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals
· Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
· Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet project goals successfully
· Interact directly with clients, managers and end-users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customised applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
· Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
· Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.
· Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work load estimates.
· Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
· Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.
· Contribution towards building the salesforce practice and pre-sales

Pay: $107,539.67 – $198,375.31 per year
