POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Salesforce Architect to lead our company-wide Salesforce roadmap. This individual will be responsible for aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives, overseeing the evolution of the platform to meet changing needs across sales, service, marketing, and operations.
You will serve as a key liaison between IT and business units, managing both internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery, governance, and user adoption of Salesforce solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Field Service Lightning (required)
  • 8–10+ years of IT leadership experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce program ownership or equivalent role
  • Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations in mid-to-large sized companies
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, APIs, and AppExchange tools
  • Experience with agile methodology

Responsibilities

Salesforce Leadership & Strategy:

  • Define and execute a multi-phase Salesforce roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Field Service, and custom apps.
  • Align Salesforce capabilities with business goals through stakeholder engagement and planning.
  • Own the Salesforce governance process, ensuring scalability, data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain a Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) including change management, QA, and release management processes.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Accounting.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for Salesforce-related issues.

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor usage and user feedback to inform system improvements and training needs.
  • Ensure consistent documentation and enforce platform standards across environments.
