Synapri are partnered with a market-leading manufacturing business who are in the early stages of a Salesforce transformation. They are in need of a Salesforce Architect who can come in and design and implement scalable, best-practice solutions that will support their long-term digital strategy.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven track record as a Salesforce Architect within manufacturing or global industrial businesses.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and integrations.
• Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes (supply chain, order-to-cash, distributor/dealer management, service and warranty).
• Experience designing Salesforce platforms for multi-region operations.
• Background in integrating Salesforce with ERP and manufacturing-specific systems.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect / System Architect or above) highly desirable.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This business operates across multiple regions and needs a Salesforce Architect who combines deep Salesforce expertise with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for designing a global Salesforce platform that supports complex sales models (direct, distributor and channel partners), improves supply chain visibility, and streamlines order-to-cash and after-sales service processes. A critical part of the role will be ensuring Salesforce integrates seamlessly with ERP, production, and inventory management systems to reflect the realities of a modern manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions tailored to a global manufacturing organisation.
• Map complex manufacturing business processes into Salesforce across multiple regions.
• Oversee integrations with ERP, supply chain, and legacy manufacturing systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof technical solutions.
• Provide governance and best-practice guidance to delivery teams.
• Act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring Salesforce enables operational efficiency and growth.
