Description

Gather requirements, configuring Salesforce, documenting functional designs, and supporting the delivery of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, including data mapping and solution design.
Collaborate closely with technical teams and business units to ensure successful delivery.
Configure, customise, and manipulate Salesforce functionality to meet business requirements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), sprint reviews, and the rollout of new features.
