Responsibilities

If you want to build applications, systems and processes that will transform Zurich, you could be part of a rapidly growing Salesforce team. You will be a “hands on” Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator with experience in translating business needs into requirements, shaping and informing solution design and architecture, and building out Salesforce solutions using declarative development.

Zurich has positioned Salesforce as a strategic technology with five Salesforce Orgs covering Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Salesforce Industries and Not for Profit Cloud. You will gain a broad range of Salesforce experience across multiple lines of business, portfolios, and projects. Other responsibilities will include as follows:

  • You will be responsible for incident management and service request delivery.
  • You will be working closely with Application Product Owners to deliver the enhancement requests from the backlog.
  • You will be responsible for maintenance activities and proactive monitoring.
  • Technical debt reduction will be key to keeping the platform stable.
  • Act as an ambassador and evangelist for the DevOps and Salesforce team and engage with the Salesforce Account Management team.
  • You will support Operation Manager in any other activities that maybe required.
