Need US citizenship because of federal regulations and the sensitive nature of the work involved with the federal government Role: Salesforce BA o A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce & role experience o In-depth understanding of the business process o Gather requirements via our bi-weekly touchpoint sessions with our business owners o Write user stories via Jira o Requirements acceptance through facilitating Product Owner to review the requirements/user stories for accuracy and acceptance o Responsible for user and product documentation o Responsible for business process mapping o Responsible for being the synergy between the business and the development side of the project o Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Training (UAT) with business owners

Responsibilities

The role involves gathering business requirements, writing user stories in Jira, and mapping business processes. The candidate will also lead User Acceptance Training (UAT) and act as a liaison between business owners and the development team.
