MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

• Proficiency in Sketch (3–5 years of hands-on experience)
• Analytical dashboard design and development
• Data visualization expertise
• Experience delivering complex, data-heavy projects (e.g., finance, marketing, sales, operations)

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with additional design tools beyond Sketch

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven track record of creating analytical dashboards for large-scale, data-driven initiatives
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills using Sketch
• Deep understanding of design systems, including components, nested symbols, and overrides
• Ability to work within existing design systems or build new ones
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders and advocating for user needs
• Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful UX solutions in high-complexity environments
