Description:

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (5+ years of experience)
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience working for high-tech B2B companies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Lead-to-Quote process, including how channel programs work, lead qualification and scoring, and opportunity-related processes like territory assignment, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales compensation management, quoting, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Support the Lead-to-Quote process within Salesforce, ensuring smooth integration between leads, opportunities, quoting, and renewals.
  • Understand and support channel partner management, ensuring that partner programs are accurately reflected in Salesforce processes.
  • Maintain and improve territory assignments, revenue reporting, and sales forecasting processes.
  • Help drive sales compensation workflows to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide ongoing support for Salesforce-related initiatives, ensuring that processes and workflows are optimized.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in Salesforce (preferably certified), with 5+ years of experience in high-tech companies focused on B2B sales with channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Quote processes, with particular expertise in sales operations such as opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, and renewals.
  • Experience with channel program management, including lead qualification, scoring, and partner collaboration.
  • Ability to coordinate with teams in India, with a willingness to work late evenings (until 11:30 PM PT) to accommodate time zone differences.
  • Preference will be given to Canadian citizens or PR holders based in BC for a full-time position.
