YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Preferred but not required: Familiarity with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Experience with data migration to Salesforce, including data mapping, cleansing, and import strategies.
  • Proficient with AppExchange and commonly used Salesforce Apps like Conga and DocuSign
  • Must demonstrate a strong understanding of data architecture best practices
  • Must demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
  • Team player that can help out other members
  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools
  • Experience in FinServ industry preferred
Responsibilities
  • Lead client calls to extract and document business needs, ensuring all necessary questions are asked to fully capture requirements.
  • Identify and analyze dependencies between requirements to proactively mitigate risks and avoid regressions in existing functionality.
  • Evaluate requirements holistically to ensure that all features align within the overall system architecture and business objectives.
  • Write comprehensive functional requirements that provide developers with all necessary details to build requested features effectively.
  • Follow Cloudsquare’s structured processes for ticket writing, UAT test scenario creation, and Jira ticket lifecycle management.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Translates business requirements from email or case communication into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products
  • Provide administration services limited to declarative development (objects, flows, validation rules, reports, etc.) within a client’s environment after approval of requirements
  • Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
  • Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and be the first line of support for any client questions or issues
  • Collaborate with a team of Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Engineers to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
  • Support clients through UAT
  • Comfortable training clients on Salesforce and newly built features
  • Provide current best practice and third-party solution alternatives from the AppExchange
  • Establish and build a rapport with clients throughout the project lifecycle to identify areas of future business
