Responsibilities:

  • Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
  • Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
  • Research, gather and synthesize information.
  • Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
  • Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies
  • Crafting and grooming of user stories, acceptance criteria, managing product backlog.
  • Drive smooth deployment, adoption, and operations of the solution.
  • Help drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years’ experience required, IT related tertiary education.
  • 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects
  • Good to be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).
  • Basic Salesforce configuration experience / have completed
  • Experience in full software / product development life cycles sing Agile Methodology.
  • Proven experience working on Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration of salesforce with other systems.
