In this role, you will:

Engage diverse stakeholders across the Victorian Energy Upgrades Division and the Essential Services Commission to collect, develop and translate business needs and outcomes into functional and non-functional requirements aligned to the Salesforce product.

• Provide an interactive and continuous improvement delivery model of enhancements for the VEU Registry system in line with evolving program needs.

• • Work closely with the Salesforce Product Owner, Salesforce Administrator Developer, Director, Development and key external stakeholders to enhance the VEU Registry.

In this position you will:

• Gather and document business requirements and design solutions solve complex business problems and pain points.
• Contribute as a technical member of the product agile scrum team.
• Contribute to planning and delivery of minor enhancements ensuring all deployments are aligned to the agreed Enterprise IT frameworks.
• Input and maintain all product and user information on Atlassian and Azure DevOps toolsets.
• Deliver discovery workshops to analyse end to end user journeys, identify pain points for enhancing business processes, and improving the UI and UX.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to break down features into epics, user stories, narratives, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee and support all relevant testing on enhancements and changes to the system.
• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative, and productive working relationships with key VEU and ESC stakeholders.
• Support quality assurance activities in the VEU Registry team and assist with the creation and continuous improvement of business processes.
• Provide thought leadership for strategic business processes improvement, change management, and impact assessments across VEU.Please refer to the attached position description for the principal functions and key selection criteria.THIS IS AN ONGOING POSITION.
