About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong technical expertise to join our team. As a Salesforce subject matter expert, you’ll be responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions, optimizing workflows, and enabling business teams through reliable system execution. Working closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and other technology teams, you’ll focus on translating business requirements into robust Salesforce implementations and own E2E solution delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving business challenges through technology, this role is for you. * 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience - a must * B.Sc. in Information Systems or equivalent practical experience * Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and automation tools (Flows , Process Builder knowledge, etc.) * Experience with Salesforce CPQ / Q2Q Processes  (Advantage ) * Experience with Salesforce integrations and working with integration platforms (Workato experience is a plus) * Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, data quality, and data migration best practices * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English * Service oriented mindset with a focus on reliable delivery and user enablement * Strong problem solving skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business domains * Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Product Managers and cross-functional teams * Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment * Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with Product Managers, Business Operations, and global stakeholders. * Own end-to-end functional delivery, including technical solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, training, and ongoing optimization. * Provide global application support for business stakeholders and end users, ensuring stability, usability, and timely issue resolution. * Identify and implement system enhancements based on defined business needs and Salesforce technical capabilities. * Lead the delivery and maintenance of integrations between Salesforce and third-party tools, working with external vendors to ensure reliable and scalable functionality.
