Experience with Einstein AI and Agentic AI (nice-to-have) will be a strong differentiator. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise IT projects. Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds) and CPQ functionality. Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integration design and Data Cloud data modeling concepts. Familiarity with Einstein AI or other AI-driven business solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to map business processes and identify optimization opportunities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to Agentic AI and its applications in enterprise business workflows. Knowledge of advanced automation, orchestration, and intelligent routing solutions. Experience in regulated industries with complex workflows (e.g., OEMs, claims, rebates). Salesforce certifications (BA, CPQ Specialist, MuleSoft, or Data Cloud) are a plus Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across domains including Customers, Claims, Rebates, Quoting, Approvals, Routings, Products & Pricing, and OEMs. Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Drive process improvements in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud environments with a focus on scalability, automation, and AI adoption. Work closely with technical teams on Salesforce CPQ, MuleSoft integrations, and Data Cloud initiatives to deliver seamless data flows and connected customer experiences. Support design and delivery of Einstein AI use cases to improve decision-making, personalization, and predictive insights. Participate in end-to-end testing, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with compliance/regulatory needs. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and user training to ensure adoption and value realization. Provide insights on industry best practices, customer experience trends, and future-ready capabilities such as Agentic AI.
