Synapri are partnered with a leading, PE backed Software organisations are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis to help deliver three key work streams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, extensive experience with Salesforce, and ideally worked for a fast-moving PE backed business.
Salary: Up to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits
Location: Remote with adhoc travel to London

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

  • Managing and delivering successful Salesforce Implementations within a PE backed business
  • Strong experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ will be a massive plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Consistent background of working on Salesforce implementation, upgrade or integration projects
  • Any experience with NetSuite or Certinia would be a huge advantage

Responsibilities
  • Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights. Create and present data reports to support decision-making.
  • Solution Design and Validation: Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure solutions align with business goals and objectives.
  • Change Management: Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes. Develop and implement change management strategies.
