The program includes 7 weeks of instructor-led training sessions combined with practical assignments, followed by a 2-week final project where participants will apply the knowledge gained to a real-world scenario. Participants will develop key business analysis, Salesforce fundamentals, and client-facing skills, and present their solution during a final project demo and evaluation. The training is fully sponsored, and top-performing participants will have the opportunity to join the company as Salesforce Business Analysts after successfully completing the program. If you get approved on the program these will be your day-to-day responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and end users Assist in creating user stories, business requirements, and process documentation Support the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions Collaborate with consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams Assist in preparing functional documentation and use cases Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions Join client discovery sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations Support backlog refinement and requirements management.
