Responsibilities Analysing Information: Dive into every key data, insights, fact to discover what actions to take for the business’s ultimate success. Elicitation: Set up the foundation of a project by asking a lot of questions, gathering opinions, information, facts by interviewing stakeholders & departments to analyse what teams to work with, what should be the process, and other things. Documentation On Requirements: Salesforce BAs are required to document every input, action, outcome exchanged between the team, departments so that stakeholders could look into it. Communicating: Salesforce BAs role is to act as a bridge and thus involves a lot of verbal & non-verbal communication between teams, departments & stakeholders to ensure the right processes, actions are put forward, and the inputs are aligned with the desired outputs. Planning & Implementing best Solutions: The Job of Business analysts is to plan & implement effective actions & solutions that meet the end goals desired by the business stakeholders. Testing : Test and measure the implemented solutions to track down the progress, and build training materials, holding the feedback & elicitation questions for the record. Profile Minimum Bachelors' degree in IT or Computer Science 3+ years Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience 5+ experience in Salesforce Business Analyst role Salesforce Certified for Administrator or cloud certificates Significant enterprise level project management experience (SOWs, contract management, risk management, staffing) Business Process Engineering / Re-engineering background, in the areas of sales, marketing, and/or customer support Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation Successful track record serving as overall lead for enterprise CRM implementations and technology initiatives GDPR MESSAGE: Our privacy policy has been updated to comply with the new regulations.
