Job Description We’re looking for a motivated Salesforce Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with clients, developers, and QA teams to define, document, and deliver clear and actionable requirements in an Agile environment. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze project requirements using workshops, interviews, or document reviews; Translate business needs into clear requirements (functional, non-functional); Write Epics and User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria; Producing different types of documentations like user guides, presentations,training material; Work with stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to ensure smooth collaboration; Support testing phases, including helping with User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Dive into new domains at short notice; Run demos for clients and team. Qualifications At least 1 year in business analysis; Ability to create and manage different types of requirements in a clear way; Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) workflows; Strong English, both written and spoken; Ability to handle tasks independently and take responsibility for your work; Comfortable working in multicultural, distributed teams; Be ready to contribute to the community with active participation at internal activities.
