Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver continuous improvements across Salesforce Experience Cloud and customer-facing digital platforms.
Engage with business stakeholders to map, optimise, and digitise business processes.
Lead Salesforce-related digital projects from discovery to deployment.
Configure, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions following best practices.
Collaborate with ICT service delivery, architecture, and security teams.
Build dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to AI and emerging technology initiatives within the CRM ecosystem.
Develop strong relationships with global business stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day Salesforce support and manage BAU activities.
Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and third-party integrations.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification(s).
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering abilities.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies (desirable).
