OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Business Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You’ll be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business systems — especially Salesforce — to support cross-functional teams and production support requests. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to streamline operations, enhance data integrity, and support scalable growth in a fast-paced, environment.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for system-related needs, especially Salesforce CRM.
• Gather and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and project managers to design solutions and stories for key company initiatives.
• Support Salesforce operations by working with stakeholders for general support and project analysis.
• Provide analysis for all data integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Lead or support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with stakeholders.
