Role Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Certified Professional with proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, preferably with prior experience in the Oil & Gas Distribution sector. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline sales operations, and enable data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate understands B2B and B2C distribution models, including retail fuel, lubricants, and non-fuel sales processes, and can translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions that drive commercial performance and customer loyalty. Job Description Key Responsibilities CRM Solution Design & Implementation Lead the configuration, customization, and rollout of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud aligned with the organization’s sales and marketing objectives. Design end-to-end CRM workflows across B2B sales (e.g., lubricants, bulk fuel, fleet sales) and B2C retail operations (loyalty, convenience stores, digital channels). Implement lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign automation tailored to distribution business models. Design and deploy customer journeys and marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud tools (Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio). Data & System Integration Integrate Salesforce with ERP, POS, loyalty, and payment systems to provide a single view of the customer. Manage data models, master data synchronization, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales and marketing information. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure robust data flows and API integrations across systems. Performance Analytics & Reporting Build real-time dashboards and reports for sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement. Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for both Sales and Marketing teams. Monitor system adoption, performance, and user feedback for continuous improvement. Governance, Support & Enablement Ensure compliance with corporate CRM governance, data security, and privacy standards (GDPR, PDPL). Support user onboarding, training, and change management initiatives to drive adoption across business units. Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to CRM roadmap planning. Qualifications Qualifications & Certifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Marketing Technology. Mandatory Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant Preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer, or MuleSoft Integration Specialist. Experience Requirements 4–7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in Sales Cloud and 2 years in Marketing Cloud. Proven experience implementing or managing Salesforce in Oil & Gas Distribution, Retail Fuel, or Industrial B2B environments. Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing processes such as: Dealer and distributor management Fleet and corporate sales management Retail marketing campaigns and loyalty programs Channel and customer segmentation Experience with data integration tools and APIs (MuleSoft, Data Loader, etc.). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link CRM data to business KPIs. Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with commercial and IT teams. Ability to translate business processes into system functionality. Problem-solving, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset. Experience working in matrix or consulting environments is an advantage.
