Job role: Salesforce CoE Lead Skills and Experience- 1. 10 - 12 years of Total Experience in CRM solutions with 8+ years in Salesforce. 2. Well experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service cloud, good to have understanding of Communications cloud and Financial Services Cloud. 3. Highly skilled in Aura, LWC, process builders, Flows, Apex, triggers, Salesforce integrations, Omni Studio development. Experience in DevOps and release management is preferred. 4. Minimum of 6x Certifications in Salesforce including application architect certification 5. Strong experience with community building initiatives 6. Well experienced in technical solution development for customer proposals 7. Awareness of new Salesforce products and features Responsibilities- 1. Contribute to proposal development. 2. Provide directions and solutions for delivery code red, design and architecture development. 3. Ensure visibility and brand building through competence development programs and participation in partner led and other events. 4. Conceptualize and lead assets and accelerators development to get an edge over competitors. 5. Ensure that Specializations and Certifications are acquired in order to maintain and advance partnership levels and capabilities.
Responsibilities
